RMA number is required for all returns. Shipping fee is not refundable. Unopened packages returned within 14 days of purchase date will receive a full refund (less the shipping cost). 15% restocking fee will apply to all packages returned within 30 days of purchase date, opened or unopened (less the shipping cost).
